Studied in many classrooms around the world, Shakespeare's hamlet was one of his most influential play's. About a Danish prince who struggles with his father's loss, Hamlet has been thought to have impacted literacy and how people write in many ways. I have included it in my timelines due to the fact that, I believe that Shakespeare's use of metaphorical language is one of the reasons it is so revolutionary, Shakespeare uses characters and words to show hamlets mental struggles, something that was used in other playwriters just not as much as Shakespeare.
