Johnny Depp was happy to take selfies and photos with adoring fans who met him at a local London pub after the trial in late July.

Johnny’s life has seemingly been miserable ever since he married the 34-year-old Aquaman star. But he’s looking happy and healthy as ever in newly emerged photos of him enjoying some drinks at a British pub.

Johnny Depp’s libel trial against the popular British tabloid was one heck of a ride for the veteran Hollywood actor. Fortunately, the trial is over and now Johnny Depp, and the rest of his fans, are eagerly awaiting a verdict.

A series of unproven allegations of domestic violence against Johnny Depp is what initially kicked this off. His ex-partner, Amber Heard, allegedly faked injuries and filed a restraining order against Depp right before their divorce.

Although most of the evidence seemed to suggest that Heard was lying and fabricating evidence, the British tabloid The Sun published a slanderous piece calling the Pirates of The Caribbean actor a ‘wife beater’.

Australians are very familiar with Amber Heard’s shady tactics. In 2016, Amber Heard submitted forged documents to the Australian authorities in order to smuggle her two dogs over.

The maximum penalty for smuggling dogs into the country is 10 years in prison and a A$265,000 fine, but the starstruck judge gave her a one-month good behaviour bond with no conviction recorded. Not even a fine.

The real victim in all of this was Johnny Depp’s career. Depp lost key roles in Hollywood because of the smear, and it was also affecting his personal life. But now things appear to be looking up for Depp.

The trial is over and the odds are stacked in Depp’s favour. Heard’s attorney and The Sun know this, that’s why they are publishing smear pieces even after the trial.
