Description:
Color had received Universal fame and critical acclaim when published. It contains epitaphs (short text honoring a deceased person), racial discussion, love poems, and contained subjects on many matters. Overall the theme was race and many say it dealt with racial subjects very well. This captured the attention of many critics.
