Description:

The 1+2 Treaty was a historic agreement signed personally in real life by the King of Sirengrad, the Tsar of the Holy Mountainarian Empire, and the Consul of the Inostropian Federation. This treaty became a cornerstone of Inostropian unity and would later play a key role in the transformation of the Inostropian Kingdom into a republic. It also marked the first time that InfinityZoom187 met fellow Inostropians in real life. The main points of the treaty were:

1. Mountainaria and Sirengrad become Inostropian Provinces and recognize the king and consul as their upper leader
2. Mountainaria gets expanded and straightened by 500 blocks into the north and to the coast in the west
3. Sirengrad gets expanded until the mountainarian western borders and the southern borders of Inostropia City
4. The unification will be carried out on 1st February 2025
5. Inostropia gets split into provinces
6. Finisia is given back to Matthewplays132
7. The provincial borders of Inostropia City are fixed
8. A new Constitution will come into effect
9. Vorhees3709 loses his governor office
10. The armies declare their oath to Inostropia
11. In April, the Inostropian Kingdom will become the 4th Inostropian Republic
12. When the Republic is exclaimed, the consul office will become electable
13. When the Republic is exclaimed, InfinityZoom187 will become prime minister which will be a non-electable office
14. Flags of provinces and Inostropia will both be spread around
15. OhioGlobus5404 keeps his title tsar, but it doesn't play any political or representative role anymore
