Putin visits Poland and takes a stroll on a Sopot molo discussing Polish-Russian relations with Donald Tusk, Prime Minister of Poland.

Putin mentions to Tusk that the city of Lviv and the western part of Ukraine is Polish and makes indirect offer to divide Ukraine. Polish government warns Ukraine about this. Later this year the Russian Duma sends official letter to the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs that contains direct offer to divide Ukraine. Duma Offer is signed by Mr Zhirinovsky, fierce nationalist who also knew the date of the current invasion on the Ukraine.
