Amber Heard allegedly had her photos hacked - it is undoubtedly this news that caused the ALTERCATION in the early hours of 22 September 2014.

This was first been reported on the 20 September. They were both in London and may not have received the news until the 21 September indeed the US based TMZ exclusive is dated 21 September 2014.

There are many who are of the opinion that Amber Heard was not hacked but that she leaked her own photos. Why else would no photos compromising Johnny Depp be released - especially as we know Amber Heard has photos of Johnny Depp sleeping, with drinks and /or drugs and probably would have some of him in more personal circumstances. Not one has surfaced.

Equally after initial mentions about Amber Heard her name was dropped from articles about this event and she was not mentioned by the hackers who were caught - plus no mention is made of her in retrospective articles about the incident.

The only person who brings attention to this is Amber Heard herself. She went on to support the bill against revenge porn frequently mentioning that her photos were released online, although again, few articles mention her name.

Maybe blackmail was involved by the hackers - or someone else - and Johnny paid, hence no photos of him. If that were true Johnny Depp would have done the same for Amber Heard as his efforts to have her exonerated in the Australian dog smuggling case proves. So how did her photos reach and remain on the internet - something does not add up.

However, although massively down played in the both trials, it is undoubtedly this news that caused the ALTERCATION in the early hours of 22 September 2014. Also interesting that in the rush to secure Ben King’s photos of Australia, Amber Heard’s legal team did not stop to take a second look. They in fact entered evidence showing the damage Amber Heard caused in the London house.

Amber Heard claimed that Johnny Depp had blamed her for having her own photos hacked - well if the photos were on i-cloud (something she knew how to use according to Kate James) why were they still there and vulnerable to hacking after Jennifer Lawrence and other earlier cases? Having the photos is one thing, where you store them is another. The line Amber Heard uses is one used by many of the victims in this case - why should they be blamed for having naked photos of themselves? THE JDC considered it rather stupid not to take precautions and store such photographs securely… unless you want them hacked.

Apparently many photos are still available online: they fall into 4 main categories -
1. Tonto Man photos (3-4 and maybe a video)
2. Bed video
3. Bath video
4. Mirror photos of Amber topless
