The third crusade was in 1189 until 1192 and led by Frederick Barbarossa ,King Philip II and King Richard,these people wanted to reconquer the Holy land from the Saladin, Saladin was the founder of the Ayyubid Dynasty but they failed in conquering Jerusalem but allowed a safe pass through Jerusalem for Christians and Jews and all.
