The United states and the USSR have now declared an end the the cold war, it was a meeting between US president George W Bush and soviet general secretary Mikhail Gorbachev. Taking place just a few weeks after the fall of the berlin wall. It was not their first meeting but second, but the first meeting included Ronald Reagan. The meeting led to a signed treaty on conventional armed forces which eventually reduced all nuclear weapons by 80%.
