The Treaty of Istanbul(Constantinople) was signed after a continuous war with the Safavids dragged out for 12 years. The Treaty favored the Ottomans over the Safavids, gaining land. - Social but really it’s political since there is way too much politicals - They provided the superiority of the ordeal between the meaningless war that was waged for around 90 years only for it to resume until of now.
