The band Queen is one of the most famous bands from the 1970's. Queen was a British rock band that consisted of Freddie Mercury, Brian May, John Deacon, and Roger Taylor. The band had a big influence on music. One of their top hit songs called "Bohemian Rhapsody" was a song that was very different from the rest. The song had parts to it that were rock and roll, then it would all of a sudden change to opera, and then back to some more rock and roll. The song was 5 minutes and 4 seconds. The song was released in 1975 and was a big hit. Queen also performed and song "we will rock you". It was recorded in 1977 and was put on their album called "News of the World". The Song "we are the champions" was also one of Queens top hits and was released at the same time of "we will rock you". The songs were often played on the radio right after one another with "we will rock you" being played first. The songs were meant to be listened to go together and were very popular in the 1970's.
