This project dealt with us establishing a few dozen of our strongest habits and then trying to break them for a day. Some habits were simple to thing of and other appeared to be second nature to me. There is a term called break-set that I learned last year in psychology. I review the concepts of that idea and tried to apply it to this project. breaking set nearly means finding a different or new way to execute something that can already be done. I set my sights on improving preexisting habits to optimize the time that I had in the day; essentially, I wanted to be more productive.
Similar to the second project, I did not submit the most creative work, yet me work was detailed in my opinion. I was able to learn just how hard it was to change established habits. I would catch myself walking up stairs two at a time and would have to consiously correct myself.
