17 Sept 1904 Jahr - Fleming and De Forest created the Diode & Triode Tubes

John Ambrose Fleming patented the first Diode Tubes dubbed "the Fleming Valve" which was a two terminal electronic component. In 1906, Lee De Forest created the Triode Tubes which had an additional electrode added to a Diode Tube.
