While working in LGU, I formed Sine Biswal that engaged in video production. I organized students from Ateneo, UP, PUP, New Era University, St. Paul College, Angelicum College, Trinity College, Quezon City .Polytechnic University, St. Scholastica’s College and KorPhi IT Center to produce a short documentary about Quezon City.
