Akbar’s Golden Age (18 фев 1556 г. – 3 фев 1638 г.)

Описание:

Akbar, the grandson of Babur, ruled India with wisdom and tolerance from 1556 to 1605. Akbar armed his military with cannons and extended his rule into the Deccan plateau. He also extended his routes into cultural blending. He permitted people of other religions to practice their faiths, and he married Hindu princesses without forcing them to convert. He also governed through a bureaucracy of officials and levied a tax similar to the present day US graduation tax. Akbar’s legacy lived on for many rulers to come especially with his impact of culture, arts, and literature.
