Kingdom of Kush and Egypt were best friends. The Kushites even appeared in some Egyptian paintings on vases and murals. Kush had a weird relationship with Egypt. On some paintings you see Kushites bearing gifts to Egyptian pharaohs, but on other paintings, you see battle scenes between Kushites and Egyptians.
