Walas people (Volash) vs Iopo
Territorial and resource conflict from encroaching Iopon farmers. Walasii people started scorching farm lands and little settlements to establish control over their own lands. The conflict was primarily dealt locally without much assistance from the Iopon government. The King of Iopo did not even really know that there was much conflict in the Walas region, only being told of some news of farms being caught on fire. Eventually, the two groups made peace and this established the Walas as semi-autonomous.
Mutual peace
Some Iopon farmers (the ones that helped the Walas) were given protection from raiders and the others were forced out of the region while the Walas were given some autonomy and protection from encroaching settlers.

Once the Oipienta was established and took control over the region, delegates were sent to the local leaders in order to establish power, but instead, both sides agreed to a similar treaty of semi-autonomy.

The Walas/Volash people were the only Aktoved peoples to survive into the modern day due to this conflict as it established Volashii protections.
