Under zionist occupation (14 янв 1948 г. – 6 ч 4 мин, 20 июн 2025 г.)

Описание:

From 1948 onward, Zionism and the Israeli state have shaped the history of Palestine through military occupation, settlement expansion, and political control. The 1948 Nakba ("catastrophe") saw over 700,000 Palestinians expelled or fleeing their homes, with Israel preventing their return through legal measures and land confiscation. After the 1967 Six-Day War, Israel occupied the West Bank, Gaza Strip, East Jerusalem, and the Golan Heights, imposing military rule and displacing more Palestinians. East Jerusalem was annexed, and Jewish-only settlements rapidly expanded, violating international law.

The First Intifada (1987–1993) was a mass Palestinian uprising against occupation, met with violent Israeli repression. The Oslo Accords (1993–1995) established the Palestinian Authority but allowed Israeli control to deepen, with continued military incursions, land seizures, and settler violence. The Second Intifada (2000–2005) led to harsher crackdowns, the construction of the Separation Wall, and intensified restrictions on Palestinian movement.

Gaza, under blockade since 2007, has suffered repeated Israeli bombardments, with wars in 2008, 2014, and 2021 killing thousands, mostly civilians. In the West Bank, settlement expansion, home demolitions, and military raids have escalated, with 2023 marking the deadliest year since 2005. Israel’s right-wing government, backed by Western powers, continues to entrench the occupation, denying Palestinian statehood while expanding apartheid-like policies.
