In late 2016, the fashion gaming website <a href="http://www.zdnet.com/article/amid-data-breach-responsibility-thrown-to-the-wind/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Fashion Fantasy Game suffered a data breach</a>. The incident exposed 2.3 million unique user accounts and corresponding MD5 password hashes with no salt.
