Syntharch Seraph-13 of the Octvigesimarchy was in charge of the long-forgotten home systems during this period, and what essentially amounts to a criminal gang of around 82,000 archailects from Sol known as the Conclave rose to prominence and terrorized the system for several years. Their first standoff on Earth caused a vast deal of damage.
