Flint Lockwood was on the run from police after hijacking a power transformer. After an intense engagement with Officer Earl, Flint Lockwood shot officer Earl with a glizzy launcher. Although wounded, Earl overpowered Lockwood after a lightsaber battle, putting an end to his reign of terror.
However, Lockwood survived by hiding in the shadows, becoming a phantom menace. He invented and illegally sold vapes to sedate and kill kids. He used them to suck out people's love lives, ruining relationships from within.
Finally Davis and Carter Hoegetdyer, while filming a blog, run into Lockwood in a forest. A fight ensues, and Davis ends up dying. Carter, however, used his pump shotty to finally kill Lockwood.
Davis eventually betrays Carter for not "rebooting him". In the end though, all was forgiven and they happily walked into the sunset.
