He was a weak and unprepared leader that was horrible at military strategy. During his short 2 years leading the HHSR, there were already 3 assassination attempts on his life by various military leaders in his own nation. When the Hawan Haddakuist Socialist Republic fell to the DHSR, Svabaorl was arrested and was imprisoned for over 11 years until he was released by Supreme Leader Chausaqye Tisvieqor and made the Regional Governer of the Kisan Islands. Tisvieqor knew that Svabalor was an incompetent leader and he was easily influenced so he placed Svabalor as the governor of Kisa so that it would be easier to get away with starving the native Kisans there.
