Elves create a town at the base of the Rock-Teeth Mountains and soon discover the first Dwarven city, soon after the two races send a delegation and discuss a trade of resources and other technological assistance as Elves create a small fortress to signify the reach of the two borders and stop any major diplomatic issues in the future.
