1) Struggle-Truce-Struggle

2) 1st Phase:
CD <> Salt Law

Implementation:
i) Dandi March (NC Boycott started)
ii) MG arrested (2nd Phase started)
iii) Checkout +ves & -ves of 1st phase

3) 2nd Phase:
No revenue campaign in ryotwari + mahalwari areas + No chowkidari tax.
Primary focus: Anti-untouchability Campaign

Implmentation:
1) MG setup Harijan Sevak sangh,1932

Response:
1) Low response due to demoralisation after suspension of 1st phase
2) Both LC-UC not enthu. about harijan campaign
