A city named La Parka was being rebelious and its mayor constantly sent insult to officers of the Nicean Army . They collectively decided to kick him out of the city , but the citizen supported him and so civil war broke out . Quickly , La Parka was winning victory over victory , but the Nicean Republic couldnt afford a civil war while the threat of the French Empire was still there , so he got back in and a bunch of sanctions were put on the city and they had to promise that they would calm down because otherwise they would be put to shred .
