This type of management approach proved ro be very important and influential in terms of the future of management. It views organizations as "communities" in which employees and managers should work in harmony. It does not recognize a domination between the two parties, and encourages the freedom to solve conflicts through conversing. It views these communities as a place where individuals could completely employ their talents and abilities to achieve the a greater good. It believes that it is the manager's duty to encourage cooperation bewtween employees and ensure shared interests.
