After the death of the Duke of Yonesa (Myosa), King Fa of Oipenta pressed his claim on the title as he was the grandson of the Duke. King Fa called in the support of Larifien, who viewed Etëshik Iopo as their primary rival, agreed to join Oipenta regardless of the growing tensions between them. The war boosted Oipentian support for Fa and made him become one of the Great Kings of Oipienta.
