Описание:

Following Alexei Kosygin's schema on accounting for profitability and moving towards consumer goods production rather than exclusively heavy industry. While the program did result in significant increases in the expendable budgets of the Soviet government, central planners found the lack of rise in productivity for the increase of average wages insufficient, and the reforms were ultimately scrapped in favor of more conservative economic policies.
