Emperor TItus declared war on the U.N. and it's new masters the Khessam Commonwealth to annex Sol System, and create the Khessam Imperium out of the Commonwealth. This war was fought on multiple fronts all across the galaxy from Omni Space to the Kobarian Star Church. {Nations in the Second Galactic War: First Terran Empire/United Terran Empire, United Nations, Khessam Commonwealth, Endurga Bloodletters, Omni Keepers, & the Torani Enlightened Kingdom}. The Peace Treaty saw the annexation of all remaining U.N. space, including Sol system. The Treaty of Ir saw the groundwork of the Galactic Confederacy put into play, as well as the formation of the Khessam Imperium, a Terran puppet state.
