Описание:

At the end of the rollout period, all systems should have been updated to version 1.4. The Router will switch the validation of the new fields from optional to MANDATORY.
In order to protect the primary repositories, an additional 2 day buffer period is implemented on the Secondary repository to take into consideration the "in-flight" version 1.2 messages that are being routed and processed in the primary repositories .
All EO should send version 1.4 messages. Only the Primary repositories might have version 1.2 messages in their internal queues. These messages will be accepted by the EU Secondary until March 2nd.
Note that the routing rules are not updated at this stage yet.
