Upon Napoleon's return, he pretty much immediately begins assembling and army because he's Napoleon and hes cool like that. The king, realizing he has little to no political support, flees to Belgium. Prussia, Austria, Britain and Russia all form one more coalition to wipe this short angry man off the face of the earth once and for all. At the Battle of Waterloo, this would become a reality, as Napoleon was decisively defeated by the Duke of Wellington, Arthur Wellesley.
