Colorado Battle Ground Politics

Ahead of the 2020 elections... colorado has two lawmakers that want Colorado to join a compact of other states that have pledged to dedicate all of their Electoral College votes, which equal the number of members of the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate each state has based on a majority vote in all states, not just their own states. By law, state legislatures are allowed to decide the process for choosing electors to the college.
