First Admission
1. General weakness, poor appetite, and body weight loss 5 kg in 3 months.
Denied any abdominal discomfort.
2. 26 cm x 12 cm pelvic mass was noted at LMD.
3. CA-125 was 625.5 at LMD.6/15 CT showed:
Bilateral ovarian tumor (Right: 8 cm, Left: 7 cm)
with peritoneal seeding metastases, favor malignancy.10/18 CT showed:
Bilateral ovarian tumor (Rt: 3.9 cm, Lt: 5.3 cm).
A seeding tumor adjacent uterine cervix (3.6 cm).
