The General Assembly:

Notes the efforts of the UN Conciliation Commission for Palestine per resolutions 1456 (XIV) and 1604 (XV) to implement paragraph 11 of resolution 194 (III), and:

Requests intensified efforts and cooperation from Arab host governments and Israel,
Requests intensified work on identifying and evaluating Arab refugees' immovable properties as of 15 May 1948, aiming for completion by September 1962,
Requests additional staff and administrative support from the Secretary-General for the Commission.
Highlights UNRWA's precarious financial position and urges non-contributing governments to contribute and contributing governments to increase contributions.

Thanks the Director, staff, specialized agencies, and private organizations for their continued efforts in assisting Palestine refugees.
