Edgar Lascombe, CEO of Marchand Pharmaceuticals, announces that he is running for president. A unknowing yet willing puppet of Hydra, Lascombe spouts fascist rhetoric. His platform is highly combative, highly racist, and makes broad promises for sweeping changes, rolling back much of the Progressive changes made through the 80s.
