"On 26" February 2020 I held the pre-trial review. By consent, I gave permission to the Defendants to re-amend their defence. The Claimant had already prepared and served a draft Re-Amended Reply, I made a number of other decisions at the hearing. It is not necessary to say more about them. Much of the time at the hearing was taken up with the Defendants' application for disclosure. I reserved my decision on that issue"
