Distantly related to the Trislandic Royal Dynasty, Prince Ash I Von Arcadias would be given control of the western portion of Trislandic Sadias by his cousin, Kaiser Stephan VII Von Trislandia. This claim would be finalized by the Prince's declaration of the new state of "Freiheit". He would then set about building a small colony on the grounds formerly known as both Kaisershaven and more recently, Petropolis.
