There was no offical proclaimation of the Confederate states of Inostropia. It was a thing which evolved over time. It started during the problems with Owxnitopia when the Holy Mountainarian Empire, Owxnitopia and for short Sirengrad too made an alliance to fight against Inostropia in case of an invasion. The invasion didnt happen, Sirengrad left very fast again and Owxnitopia became Kamatović. Kamatović and Mountainaria became the players of this secret alliance. At beginning of May then, the Name "Confederate states of Inostropia" came up and it became a political structure but remained secret until the federal war broke out.
