All genetic traces of the previous inhabitants of Britain suddenly vanish entirely, which coincides with evidence appearing of the presence of a race known as Beaker People, who seem to have come from the Netherlands. Possibly an invasion and conquest, but this is unknown. The Beaker People are named for their sophisticated pottery and ornaments. They continue construction of Stonehenge in place of the previous inhabitants, which is seen as evidence that the Beaker Peoples' arrival may have been peaceful.
