The story of Russell-Jay Gould and the reclaiming of the United States of America is one that isn't getting told. Russell-Jay Gould is considered a genius for taking even more action to eliminate the District of Columbia Corporation and the continuous plan to of the evil trio. By reconfiguring the preiodic table of elements and developing legal syntax, he was able to void all contracts created prior to the institution of the syntax. This legal syntax caused the 2007-2008 Mortagage crisis. 10 years later, Military Intelligence would finally have enough evidence, that Gould would transfer power to Donald Trump. But not after he had confronted the Federal Reserve for not leaving his country. As the owner of the land he "captured" and through his take over of the Global System, he levied a fine to be paid by the 3 former controllers, to be paid in GOLD.
The fine was 17,000,000 TONS of Gold.
