In the Zimmerman Note, Germany tried to persuade Mexico to join the war and that Germany would help Mexico get back New Mexico, Texas and Arizona. That makes the U.S. get angry and enters the war.Effect TX: The Texans will be living in the Mexico or Mexico will kick the Texans out of their home.
