My dad ran the race in 2013, This affected me because my mom, my sister, and I were standing at the finish line near where the bombs had gone off but luckily at the time of the event we were safely with my dad at the family meeting area, we heard the two loud booms and then saw a lot of people crying and freaking out but we didn't know for a while what was going on
