This national headquarter is located in the same Bay Area of San Francisco, that Tony La Russa started his journey with the Animal Rescue Foundation in. 20 years ago, there wasn't a single high-kill shelter in that area, but now the headquarters for a massive Animal Rescue Foundation is there, standing as proof that the foundation has made a tremendously positive impact in the animal rescue world.
