This takes place at the Alamo Franciscan Mission in Texas, during which Texan defenders held ground against a Mexican force that was led by General Santa Anna. The fight took place during Texas’ war for independence from Mexico. This battle became a symbol of resistance with the memento “remember the Alamo”.
