Proposal:
1) Dominion status to India
2) Linguistic reorganisation of states
3) SC with indep. judiciary
4) Unitary structure for Br. India comprising of Br. India + 565 PS
5) Bicameral Legislature at center
6) UAF + DPSPs + FRs
7) No separate electorates bt Joint electorate
8) Reserv to Muslims only in minority areas (proportional to popul.)
8) Provision of fundamental rights for the
people of India in the Constitution.

Jinnah suggested 3 Calcutta amendments:
1) 1/3rd Reserv in CLA
2) Reser. in MMPs until UAF
3) Residual powers to provinces
