Results
- Killed commander and put his head on a pike
- 98 people died
- first time peasants have been involved


Other events were:
- peasants went around destroying nobles lands
- women marched to Versailles [wanting to kill Marie {she did not really say "let them eat cake"}]
* force Lewis to move to Pairs and sign the decleration of the rights of Man
