Reforms:
1) Bicameral Legislature: CLA & COS (Central leg. Assembly & Council of States) at centre
2) Narendra Mandal/ Chamber of 565 princes setup to advice Br. on policy for states.
3) 1st elected majority @ CLA,COS,PLAs with direct elections
4) Women got R2vote, No UAF
5) Separate electorates to sikh, christians, anglo-indians, reservation to depressed class
6) Provincial & Central budget separated
7) Diarchy in Provinces: reserved & transfered subjects
8) Viceroy continued privileges of veto over bills passed, ordinance power, no reponsibility to Legislature
9) CSE in India, 3/6 indians in VEC
10) SoS to be paid by Br. exchequer

Impact:
1) No SG
2) No UAF
3) No resp. govt.
4) Unsatisfactory division of Provincial & Central Subjects

Also passed Rowlatt Act to suppress extremists, since dyarchy was accepted by moderates
