we ll the Tory party previously the court party believed in and trusted the divine right system and they believed that civil authority comes from god. there is no right of resistance even against tyranny the threat of absolutism from decentre republics like the digger and the Quakers

what did they want to achieve?

their idea was for Charles to have a calm down relationship between the discentre groups and the catholic (which proved not to be a problem) and as a hole to strengthen ties with catholic France as a hole.

the names were changed between the
