This Supreme Court Case dealt with the issue about whether or not undocumented children had the right to free public education. This started in Texas where a law allowed the rejection of admission for children who did not enter the country "legally. This case was brought to the court by those children who were denied.
They successfully won the case and the court ruled that all children, despite their immigration status, had access to free public education.
