Douglas MacArthur was the commander of US forces in Asia. He thought the Japanese were much weaker than they were, and so he had to retreat to the Bataan Peninsula. MacArthur and the US troops he left behind were then captured by the Japanese. The Japanese forced the US troops to march 55 miles and more than 7,000 men died.Добавлено на ленту времени:
