Native Hawaiians and Pacific Islanders (NHs/PIs) have the highest rates of COVID-19 confirmed cases and mortality among all ethnic/racial groups in the United States in various states.
Younger adults (aged 18-24 and 25-44), those with less education, and those with lower income were more likely to be hesitant to get vaccinated.
